i need to do the invoice in two curriences, when i do the invoice to a customer the need to have a option for two curriences to slect.Please let me know the chnages that i ned to do in spro for these issue.

We can not change the invoice currency once it is released to accounting.We can only have the potions to change the sales order currencies.
