Delete Zero value records from FMIT table

Hi,

I have created fund center without assigning superior fund center and created few PR. While creating PO there is an error message " Budget exceeded". Reason being fund center hierarchy not setup properly, Can not change the fund center hierarchy because transaction posted already.

Decided to delete the transaction which means PR deleted but still I can not change the fund center hierarchy thus decided to delete the fund center and create the fund center with same code. But system not allowing me to delete the fund center " Function not allowed: Funds center IMCB R03008 defined as budget object"

I checked the table FMIT and found there is some transaction for the respective fund center but zero value.

My quesitons:

is there any program to delete the zero value transaction from FMIT table.

Sam,

Please ask your ABAP guy to delete the entries from FMIt table.

Or.

have you tried transaction code FMCI_REPLACE_HIVARNT?

Thanks for your prompt reply.

I don't want to change hierarchy variant and we don't have access to delete the data directly from the table.

Is there any other way to rectify this issue.
