f4 help display issues using transaction launcher

Hello All,

I have an report program which is launched using a transaction . The user will have to select certain values(user input ) using the f4 help (on the SAP GUI )to execute the report. When the f4 help pop up is seen on SAP GUI (there are number and description details on the f4 help), the two fileds displayed properly on the SAP GUI .I have maintained all the necessary details in the customising for transaction launcher . When I launch it from the web UI and trying selecting the values from f4 help..the number and description do no show up properly . Please revert

Could you please explain in detail what exactly is the issue when displaying the F4 on Web UI.

Is it the values are not getting fetched or some other issue?

Hello ,

I can see the values on the f4 help . But they are distorted.

example , the correct data is

Id Description

Z_One First Document

But , i see it in this way

one Z_ One Z_

I do not see the description at all. and the first letter of the id is misplaced.
