Financial Template

In Finace Module -- Finacial Report Templates---

I am trying to create new template on Balance Sheet/ Profit & Loss/ Trial Balance by clicking on Define New.

System is giving error : This entry already exists in the following table 'Financial Report Templates' (OFRT) (ODBC 2035) [Message 131- 183].

I have checked the same in OFRT but not found any new entry except three standard entries.

Kindly sort this.

hi pawan...

its a patch level issue....but till u upgrade u can try the following....

take a backup of ur database...go to administration...utility...and restore the numbering file option from there now logout and login again...hope it works...

close the thread if issue is resolved

Great i have done the restore of Numbering file and it works.

Further it can never be patch level issue as i have been working well with my other databases of the same patch level.

Change the name of the Template. Code and Description.

ther is no code & discription of template, there is only name of template.

I think you would test it in higher version but take backup before updating......
