How to Show BP catalog number in Backorder report .And How to fetch row level UDF's from Sales order to Backorder report.
Please help me
Hi,
there no way to include BP-Catalog-Number to the backorder report.
You can write query with all details you need from ORDR and RDR1, Join OSCN
for example:...
SELECT T0.[DocNum], T0.[CardCode], T0.[CardName], T1.LineNum+1 as 'Line', T1.[ItemCode], T1.[Dscription], T1.[OpenQty], T1.ShipDate, T2.Substitute
FROM [dbo].[ORDR] T0 INNER JOIN [dbo].[RDR1] T1 ON T0.[DocEntry] = T1.[DocEntry]
LEFT JOIN OSCN T2 on T1.ItemCode = T2.ItemCode and T0.CardCode = T2.CardCode
WHERE T1.LineStatus = 'O'
Hope that helps..

Hi,
Try this query with BP catalog number,
SELECT T0.[CardName] as CustName,T0.[DocNum] as SO#,T1.[Project] as Job#, T1.[ItemCode] as Item#, T1.[SubCatNum],T1.[Dscription] as PartName, T1.[Quantity] as OrderedQty, T1.[ShipDate] as DelDate,T1.[DelivrdQty] as DelQty, T1.[OpenQty] as BalQty FROM ORDR T0 INNER JOIN RDR1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry WHERE T1.[LineStatus] = 'o' and T1.[Quantity] <> T1.[DelivrdQty] and T1.[DelivrdQty] <> 0 order by T0.[CardName]
