Preventive Plan pattern or Model

Hi,

I need advices about a solution. I need to put preventive plan model/pattern. Business requirement. The model key is a simple example, a cycle 3 month, for all the FL with the same object type, scheduling period 3 Y.

For that i created a Z table with this caracteristics. And when the user choose a pattern the program create the preventive plan on his plant.

Have you a better standard solution than this Z table to have this pattern/ Model ?

Hi Serge,

Do you want to create separate order for each FL or only one order ?

• If you want separate order for each FL, you can create a single plan / single item or single plan / multiple items assign the FL as maintenance items (max. 99)
• If you can manage with one order, then add the FL in the object list of the maintenance item. Here it will be Single Plan / Single Item but Multiple object list.
• You can use Sort Field in the maintenance plan to group the FL based on Object type.
• Maintenance plan creation is one time activity and you can schedule a batch job to make sure it generates the order automatically.
