We are on Ibex 3.5 version 3571.6.74 and I have Office 2007 installed. After the most recent BW Patch was installed on my computer all values in Ibex Excel are not showing decimals. The settings on the Key Figure in the Query Designer is set correctly because if the query is executed to the Web the decimals show correctly. Similarly if I have someone else who doesn't have this patch, run the same query, it shows the decimals correctly.
Can anyone help?
