Issue in transaction LU04

Hello Experts,

We are facing an issue in transaction LU04 when we enter the warehouse number & press enter system pops below error message.

can you please guide as to what might be the reason for the error message.

Did you previously have the unit of measure EA for a material... and that alternate unit is now removed? Check in your table LTBP... there is probably a record there where the Material and Alternate Unit (ALTME) combination is no longer a valid conversion and is not in the table MARM any longer.

Could you please share the conversion detail (additional data) which you have maintained in the system.

Also could you share (if possible) what type of material is this where Base unit is KG and WM unit is EA

Please find the Screen shot of additional unit,

The material type for these materials is customized with field reference of HALB- YSLD(sold as stock product having qty & value update)

Hi Gopal ,

Looking at above screen it is very difficult to suggest what may be wrong. Could you please take help from development team and ask them to put a breakpoint at Line 110 and let you know which criteria fails. Which lead the system to give the error message L0700

Hello Experts,

For the materials the base unit is maintained as KG whereas the WM unit is maintained as EA (Also unit of issue is maintained as KG in WM view) also in additional tab the conversion for KG to EA is maintained.

As suggested by Jurgen, check the alterntive unit in Material master additional data, This error is basically due to MEINH value not defined / maintained or not available in Material master,

If all the master data are correct and still you face issue then take the help of development team and ask to let you know what is wrong in below code

Do you have EA as alternative unit in your material masters Additional data?

Do you have a WM view for your warehouse at all.

How are the settings for the fields WM unit and Proposed UOM frm mat?
