SSN Change email - Dynamic action

Hi team, I have a requirement where in, an email needs to trigger when the SSN is changed in IT 0002.

I wrote the dynamic action as

0002 PERID 02 20 P T001P-MOLGA='10'

0002 PERID 02 30 M M0001

Then created a distribution list in SO15, then drafted the email text in SO10 and maintained the feature 'M0001' as below:

under 10 USA --> TCLAS -->Master data & time data --> INFTY --> 0002 --> IDTXT MIAL_FOR_SSN & DISTR DL_SSN_CHANG

and saved it. But when I go to IT 0002 & change the SSN, I do not see any entry in t-code SOST, if it is successful I should see a entry in SOST (as the SMTP is not set up for the dev & QA environment).

Am I missing any step or doing something incorrect. Pls. suggest.

Hi RL,

For my client, we have set notification for personal data change (including all fields).

Just I am giving step.

1. Create notification text in SO10. Give name lets say 'X'

2. Create Distribution list under Tcode SBWP lats say Y

3. Set feature M0001 where you need to assign your DL & text

4. Set dynamic action as mentioned by you and call feature M0001. If you want more than one notification, then create different text, DL and assign to custom feature which is copied from M0001.

5. While creating dynamic action, give PERID under column Field N & give 6 (create/change) under F column.

I think, now u can set. Please revert for further clarification

Actually whatever I did was correct, I just forgot to activate the feature. Now it works fine.

Hi,

Could you share me the screen shot of the result in Distribtion list? I can't imagine. Did you do for IT 0019 (Monitoring of task)? Could you show me your solution?
