Put the field cost center as mandatory value in HR infotype 001 - T588M



I would like to put the field "cost center" as a mandatory entry in the infotype 001 "organizational assignment".

When I am trying to change the infotype screen layout control for the relevant entries of table T588M, nothing changes in the screen layout of one existing HR master data.

Updating the table T588M is that the correct way, or something else need to be done ?

For all selected entries, I put the field cost center as mandatory value:


Create or change the HR master data:

PA40 creation test :

No cost center field. Result NOK.

What are the tables to update in order to have the cost center field available in the HR master data in creation / change mode?
