Any Book or detailed link on SAP CPM

Hi Experts,

Is there a recognized book on SAP press that we can buy to know SAP CPM in more in depth detail.

I want to learn SAP CPM from it's installation, set-up , configuration, project execution, integration , closing etc. So, I am searching for a repository that gives me this detailed information on the topic.

We want to implement SAP CPM in our SAP environment. Could you please give us few pointers on how to start ?

Does it require a separate licensing for it?

Please give me some good pointers so that I can kick start with it. So far, i could get some scattered information on it.

Nobody has written a CPM book yet. At this point SAP Help is your best refernce.
