How to archive current fiscal year data for FI_DOCUMNT?

Hi Experts,

while we are trying to archive the FI_documnt archiving object current fiscal year documents not considering for archiving.As per client requirement need to delete the data from current fiscal year also...

Please suggest any notes or links to resolve this issue...

As per client requirement need to archive/delete the data from the system till date...up to 2017 Fiscal years data deleted successfully for FI_DOCUMNT_WRI write report. But, While archiving 2018 we are facing this issue...

Is there other way please suggest...

Typically (at least here in the US) general ledger documents should be kept online for 10 years and should not be archived.

If you want to "remove" the documents then reverse them using FB08 transaction or another relevant related transaction
