ETA for Planning

ETA value comes from carrier and user wants to update in the TM document(Execution tab) via EM which can be refereed later for planning perspective.

How estimated events date are updated and synchronized.

Hi Ajay,

What I understand is that you already have a Fright Order and a Carrier assigned to the Freight Order. The carrier is sending ETA (Estimate Time to Arrive OR Estimated Arrival Time) to the client against the Freight Order.

You want to capture this ETA against the FOR and have it visible in the Execution tab of the Freight Order?

If the above is correct, you can create a New Event Message - "Update ETA" and let the Carrier Post the IDOC into EM with this event message and updated ETA. There are multiple other ways Carrier can post event message into EM. Question is - where would you want to update the ETA in the TM - against what date/time?

Planned Arrival Date & Time?

This needs some discussion with business for better understanding!
