Substitute Object can not be changed any more

Hi Can some one help me to get rid of this extended syntax check error. I was updating data on MCHB - Batch Stock using update statement , But on Extended syntax check getting below error. the table MCHB has a substitute object and should not be changed anymore. Please let me know , How to avoid this syntax error. Thanks
