[ChaRM] What happens to CTS status switch if SolMan fails?

Former Member

Dear Gurus

We use ChaRM functionality for ERP system. We set "Request can not be created" and "Request can not be released" by CTS stutus switch. (T-cd: /TMWFLOW/PROJ )

I wonder what happens if SolMan server goes wrong and becomes unavailable. Does anybody know?

Which one is true?

1. CTS status switch is automatically turned off and request can be freely created and released in satellite ERP Dev system.

2. CTS status switch remains even though SolMan server is down. Administrator need to turn off status switch in sattellite ERP Dev system? (What is the T-cd for this?)

Thank you!!!

Hi,

Nr. 2 is correct.

You can use tx SPRO_ADMIN in the development system to set the status switches for your CTS project.

Can you please specify the path in the IMG please.

Within dev system, if you use SPRO_ADMIN, you should see a list of IMG-procets.

Double click on the one you care about.

Within tab Transp. Requests, the current client's CTS settings are listed (button CTS project status switch).
