Visual C++ runtime libary error when trying to use Publishing Wizard

Hi,

I am having difficulty in publishing Crystal Reports using publishing wizard.

It keeps thrwoing the error of Visual C++ runtime library error.

Couple of reports are already published, when one of the report is opened ( whcih has on - demand sub reports), the memory is not releasing by Crystal Page Server.

After a while , we have to restart the pageserver.

Environment:

Windows 2003,.Net Framework.

Any help is really appreciated.My company is getting frustated & palnning to move on to Sharepoint Services.

To get support from SAP, we have lost licensing details.

I have provided as much details as possible to SAP, waiting for response from them.

Where can i find Installation Number?
