    Hi Saumik,

    Your config is

    EE Sub Group Grouping: 8

    Pers Subarea Grouping: 1

    Counting Rule: 00

    1. check T556C if Counting Rule 00 exists for EE Sub Group Grpg 8 & Pers Subarea Grpg 1.

    2. If Deduction of Quota is applicable, See if the Deduction Rule is configured & assigned in this table.

    3. Also Check if the Counting Rule 00 is assigned to the Absence in T554S. Also check the Validity dates in these tables.

    Good Luck !!!

    Kumarpal Jain.

Issue can also be caused by trying to book leave beyond the validity of the position holder.
