Hi,
A customer wants to track when a user deletes or add a relationship on account level.
This can't be traced in the change functionality.
Is there a possibility to track this history data via another functionality or by reporting?
Many thanks for your advise.
Regards,
Anne

Hi Arun,
Many thanks for your answer. I created also a SAP ticket in our system. This is the answer I received from SAP:
"We analyzed your incident and we performed some tests in our internal test tenant to confirm the current system behavior. Therefore, we are writing to provide our outcomes from our internal analysis.
We add and removed relationships on our internal system and no changes are displayed under “Changes” facet. Therefore, we conclude that it is the current system behavior.
To confirm and state it, we found the KBA 2447307 - Changes in the Sales Data and the Relationships tab are not shown in the Account Changes tab, in which explain further the system behavior.
So, since you are needing to track the changes on relationship, the correct channels would be:
- You may look for a possible custom solution (Such as CSC – Cloud Service Center).
- We also recommend raising an idea in our SAP Influence Channel (https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer). There, you could refer this incident ID 3101116509 and our Product Managers will evaluate this system enhancement and, if possible, it shall be deployed in a future release."
Kind regards,
Anne
