Hybris Sales Cloud: Track relationship history data


A customer wants to track when a user deletes or add a relationship on account level.

This can't be traced in the change functionality.

Is there a possibility to track this history data via another functionality or by reporting?

    Hello Anne,

    The Modification in relationship will be captured in the Change log. You should be able to view the change log under the Changes Tab of the Account.

    It has detailed info on

    • Changed by
    • Changed on
    • Context (Relationships [Has Contact Person - ***)
    • Attribute(Name, Role..)
    • Value changed from
    • Value changed to
    • Modification type (Update,Delete..)

      It is as how they say. The Relationships added under the relationship tab are not captured in the change logs.

      In case of Account, only the contact relationship is captured.

      You can raise this on the Influence portal.
