Time statement appears different on portal and R/3

We have customized an HRFORM (sap_tim_99_0002) to display time statement on ESS. It works perfectly fine for all 2000 employees since many years. Suddenly we have a strange case. This employee in question has time statement showing all dates as 20 for all months although rest data is fine. When checked in R/3, the same form shows correct dates. Wonder what is the issue here. Any suggestions to resolve this?

Would note that this happens for one employee only. Among 1500-1700 ones. That too since five years. We haven't encountered such issue before.

Hi Ankit

From the Portal side, I can think about user personalization, did you try to clear the personalization data of the users who is experiencing this issue.

Cleaning up of personalization data may be necessary to solve problems that are related to specific users or specific objects in the portal.

Can you please provide some screenshots about the issue you are facing? Provide a working and a non working scenario.

If the issue is specific to IE, then refer the below KBA.
