Hi,
I have created one Maintenance Order for one hour in the particular work center. On the same day, production order has been created for the same work center. Production order should be scheduled after the Maintenance Order completion. How we can configure this.
In case the Maintenance Order has been created for the whole day, Production order should be created only after completion of Maintenance Order or once Maintenance order has been cancelled. Please provide me some solution.

In Maintenance Order, there will be System Condition. Based on the system condition, we need to block that particular equipment or work center by customization.

Hi,
Eventhough Production order rescheduling on some other day through CM25, Its manual work. After the production order creation & maintenance Order creation, capacity leveling would be done. Actually My query is that is it possible to block either production order or maintenance order creation in case already maintenance order or production order has been created for the same work center. I dont want to be manual.

Hi,
We can able to do it through Capacity Leveling
If you have created Maint Order & Prod. Order in same day in same work center. You can able to DISPATCH the Prod.order based on the capcity avalibility in the work center.
Execute Tcode CM25
Enter the Overall Profile
In the selection screen enter Work Center & Plant,execute
You will get Planning Board with set of Prod.Order which is related to the work center.
Select the Prod.Order & date which you want to schedule for some other day & click "DISPATCH" button.
You can see the system staus "DSPT"

I have created PP Work center & I Linked with the equipment. Even though Maintenance Order for that equipment didnt stop the Production order creation for that work center for the same day.

Your PP Work center is Equipment in PM. In the concerned equipment's master data you can mention the PP work centers name. This links the PP work center and PM equipment. I don't know whether you have done this.
When you plan maintenance for this equipment, the maintenance period will be reflected while sheduling PP work center. However, in my knowledge, this is only for information and system doesn't prevent you from sheduling the PP work center ignoring the maintenance down time.

The following user exit can be used for PP PM integration.
To restrict the release of PM order use IWO10002, for Process order PPCO0007.
