Dynamic Table in WDA Question

There's a dynamic table created at runtime, one of the columns is a text column, how do I change the texts in this column to LINK TO ACTION dynamically to change the display to links instead of just text.

I found a similar question but refers to an ALV which the columns are known during design time.
