Hi Experts,
What could cause a 'internal error' when a user is printing from SBO 2005? this is the only message we get, all the other users on the same network/system can print. We have tried re-starting etc. It happens when we print any report.
Regards,
Lebo
Actually, an Internal Error means External Resources are not available. Check if you have the needed device like printer and its driver set up correctly.
Thanks,
Gordon

1.check for any duplicate printer mapped in your system
2.make sure the printer is shared and correct printer is set as default printer
if possible give a test print page from client to make sure the printer is online
3.delete any old mapped printer which is no longer needed
4.make sure any fire wall or network sharing is not blocking the connection to your printer
Hope this solve your problem

Hi,
Kindly try the following
1.Set printer as default in windows
2.Printer is set for the particular document in the PLD->Document properties->paper format
3.The selected printer is mapped in network with proper l permissions and rights.
4.Reinstall your printer drivers and restart
If at all issue persists, kindly check with another printer or with pdf creater
