I need to turn the auto complete off on the password field on login page

I need to find out which file I need to update so that I can add the autocomplete attribute to the password field on the login page.

I don't have direct access to the machine hosting the portal so I need to tell our Basis team (who do have access) which file I need so that I can update it.

u can customize the par file or u can give the steps to follow to for basic setting in server side
