SAP Jam Collaboration offers out of the box integration with LMS and allows you to search LMS courses and curriculum.
There isn't any out of the box integration with Jive when it comes to search. But you could use the SAP Jam search API to built a search that works across both tools, assuming Jive has a search API as well.
The question is though why you would want to use both SAP Jam and Jive at the same time.
