My Inbox showing count as zero

Hi Experts,

We have upgraded netweaver 7.5 SP 9 to SP 11.

Now My Inbox (CA_FIORI_INBOX) tile is not updating the count on tile and it is showing as zero.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Yogesh,

Thanks for your response.

Still we are facing issue even after clear the ICM cache.

Please let me know if any other solution for this.

Hello vamshi krishna kvk,

Can you please clear cache and try again?

Use SMICM transaction to clear ICM cache and please look at SAP note below to cleanup Fiori cache...
