GRC Risk violations dashboard showing deleted users

Navigation steps for the dashboard report screen:

GRC->NWBC->Reports and Analytics-> Risk Violations-> Select system-> Select for Users -> Open Risks category Basis -> Open Risk ABCD

Risk ABCD shows the violation is for 5 users and one of the user is no longer exists in the plugin / Target system. How to get rid of the non-existing user from the dashboard report.

We have already implemented the following notes:

2444380 - Management dashboard reports showing deleted users data

2462656 - Deleted Users in ECC system are showing up in Dashboard Report

We have scheduled multiple batch analysis and full repository syncs with the target system. Still the non-existing user(s) are showing up on dashboard report.

Manoj,

What GRC Version and SP level you are on?Can you check if the deleted user exists in the following two table

GRACUSERCONN

GRACUSER

against that connector you chose in the dashboard reports.

Thanks

We are using GRC 10.1 with SP17

The deleted user id's do not exist on GRACUSERCONN and GRACUSER

SAP has suggested to implement another note:

2440851 - Huge amount of violation data impacts Batch Risk Analysis performance

This note provides a new report GRAC_DELETE_VIOLATION_DATA to delete the violation data.

We will check if this will resolve or not.
