Success Factor Renewal Certificate

Hi guys,

We got an email for success factor certificate renewal (*.sapsf.com). we are currently implementing SAP Jam and SAP C4C. We here do not clearly understand why we got the email. Is it related to our integration scenario between C4C and ERP?

We already download the certificate from the link provided actually, but still not sure where to install the certificate.
