release strategy in stock transfer po

Hello ,

I am creating PO for stock transfer order then it shows release strategy . the release strategy should not there while creating stock transfer PO .

Hi ,

Do you know what kind of document type you are using in STO ? Generally it is UB . But if it is customized in your system then goto SE16N -Give your P.Order no , and check what is the document type . then proceed as follows .

IMG -> Materials Management -> Purchasing ->Purchase Order->Release Procedure for Purchase Orders->Define Release Procedure for Purchase Orders ->Release Strategies

Now click on Classification , there you will find a field Order type (purchasing ) , remove UB ( or what ever the document type of STO you are using ) .

The document type is UB for STO . The field order type is already empty . Nothing is written.

Hi ,

The field is empty --- this means that if other conditions are Satisfied then the Relaese strategy will trigger for every document type . So you can do one thing -- Just you enter the document types for which you need to trigger release strategy .

GO to CL24N, Enter the call and class type - 032 and remove the document type UB from your charecteristics Document type

If if have not consider the charecteristics documnt type then plz let me knowwaht are the charecteriscs you have consider.

Its CL42N , No space there , If you can't open then contact your system admin (Basis). May you will get solution,

but for UB , there are

which is not defined .

Then enter the PO class you have to search the name for your PO class by using search criteria and use class type as 032

and then check
