problem downloading access sequence from ECC to CRM

Hi there,

I am having problem downloading a newly added access sequence from ECC to CRM in the Production environment.

I used DNL_CUST_CNDALL and I added the new access sequence to the filter of T682, T682I, T682T, T682Z, T682V. I have compared the filters in table SMOFFILTAB and they look the same in all environments.

The download works fine in development, and testing environment but not in production.

What information I can use to trouble shoot the issue?

The log SLG1 showed records are posted to table T682, T682T, T682I, T682V, T682Z without any errors.

The client was opened via SCC4 for cross-client customizing, repository update and client dependent customizing.

However, the access sequence is not shown in CRM.

Please advise.

I have resolved the problem. It was an issue in the filter of R3AC5.
