Qualification transfer

Hi,

Can anybody will tell me how Qualification will transfer from appraisal to it's qualification catalog?

i have already assigned a follow up processing -> RHPA_APP_PROCESS_FINAL_QUALI -> to each appraisal model? but after completing the appraisal, qualification must go to it's catalog, but it's not happening here.

Please tell me the reasons and also the solutions how can i proceed this.

Hello Neeta,

In order to make the function 'transfer the appraisal results to qualifications profile' working, there are two criterias that must

be fullfilled:

1. You have to use qualifications within the wished appraisal model. You can insert qualifications using the menu entry

Entry->Insert->Existing appraisal element.

2. There has to be defined the processing for the appraisal model.

Please maintain 'Transfer qualifications' (function module

RHPA_APP_PROCESS_FINAL_QUALI) for the 'Follow-up processing' of the wished appraisal model.

Please also refer SAP Notes 353944 and 359507.
