Missing billing documents in BW

Hi All,

We are currently on BW 7.3 but the Billling doc - data source 2LIS_13_VDITM is still on 3.X.

It's loading daily in delta mode and loadiing to " PSA & then into Data targets (package by Package).

Its loading to both Data targets, cubes and DSO .

Issue : We noticed some of the billing documents created in Dec 17 are not captured in BW. PSA too does not contain these billing documents.

Should i be following steps mentioned in the below post?

I am bit confused as some of the previous posts mention that Repair Full is not needed if we are on BW7.X.

Kindly help in providing steps on how i shd be updating these missing records into my data targets(DSO & Cubes) with out affecting my daily delat load.

Thanks Bhavin and Atul.

I managed to test run for billing documents sucessfully.

similar to Billing documents i find extracting missing newly created PO documents is ok, but those of changed line items is little confusing.

We do not have DSO for PO's hence if i extract whole PO, the keyfigures gets added up.

For example, A PO is cleated with 10 items and all the line items are extracted in to PO.

After few days PO line items - 2 & 5 are deleted and these changes are not reflected in BW. Like this there are many other PO document line items.

How should i be fetching only the those purchase documents based on line items.

In the Tcode to fill set up table - OLI3BW , i do not see any PO line item.

How should i be dealing with this case?

If you have list of POs having issues, You can fill the setup table for those POs(it will fetch all the items).

In bw, first do selective deletion of those PO from infocube.

Now perform Repair Full for those POs and load it till cube. By this way you won't have duplicate data and your delta queue will not impact.

Additionally, check if you have mapped deletion indicator field in your dataflow.

Are the missing documents available in RSA7 in source system? If not, you need to check if program RMBWV3* is scheduled to run at a regular frequency. Refer OSS note # 728687 - Delta queued: No data in RSA7

you can use repair full function for the missing documents.
