PO report without material items

Hi guys,

I have POs with a lot of items. When I go to reports like ME2L or ME2M ex. ME80FN I see all positions of materials there for each PO, therefore I have a long "sheet" of items.

I need only basic information from PO header, for example PO number, PurchOrg, PurchGroup, Value of PO, date. I don't need items data.

Please, give me a tip, where I can find a report with this requirements.

Hello Oksana,

Please check whether you are having authorization for SE16N, then generate a list of EKKO, or through quick query you can create your own report through EKKO.

This report is necessary for users, which doesn't have authorization to SE16N

Create a separate layout as per your requirement and save the layout else create a variant.

Hello Oksana,

In ME2* reports, you can select 'scope of list' ALV and execute the report. In the result screen, please click "change layout" (Ctrl + F8) button and remove the item level fields from 'Displayed Columns', then click 'copy'. After you will see that the POs will be listed with header data only. Items will not be displayed.

The changed layout can be saved with a name, then you can directly select it when you use the report next time.

I try to follow your explain. But there is no any data in the report after doing these steps.
