Limit access on profit/cost center within the entity

Hi,

How do we limit user access on a certain profit/cost center within the entity? Would appreciate if you guys tell us what to do.

Hi,

We can restrict the access by means of cost center.But in which transactions you want the restriction.If you are clear it would be better.

But for this the solution is try to coordinate with your security(basis) team in identifying the authorization objects and attach those roles/profiles to the respective users in order to restrict entity wise.

If certain authorization groups/profiles are not their try to cordinate with security(basis) team in creating the customised profiles and attach to the respective users in order to restrict entity wise.

Take the help of your basis person to find the parameter id. The value to which you want the restrict the user to should be assigned to this parameter id in SU01

This can be controlled thorugh PFCG i.e user authorization. For each user id we will assign one user roll. under that roll we can restrict the profit centre/cost centre.
