I have looked into your query.

Can you elaborate your question? If you are looking for a BTE FM, which captures the changes to KNVP and send it to CRM, you can make use of this FM PI_BP_CUSTOMER_BTE_1321.

In the Function Module PI_BP_CUSTOMER_BTE_1321 you can use the parmaters T_XKNVP and T_YKNVP. The paramter T_XKNVP takes the new partner functions that have been added or changed. The parameter T_YKNVP takes the old value for the changed partner functions. Also you will have to pass the parameter UPD_KNVP as U so that the partner functions are considered for data exchange.
