SOST transaction - Selection date and time fields

I am in ECC 6.0. In the SOST transaction, I use the following selection criteria

Send date 07/21/2009 to 07/22/2009

Sent at 14:00:00 to 09:00:00

I hope the resulst of this search is to list out entries from 14:00 hrs on 21st July to 09:00 hrs of 22nd July. I get a system error

"Lower limit is greater than upper limit"

Message no. DB650

When I change 14:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs, I do get some result. The selection entries for 'time' field is not in line with the 'date' field. Is this a bug? Does someone have a note for this?

Yup,

i have observed.

Hope these notes may give some hint.

Note 996975 - Msg: Lower limit is greater than upper limit in trans SWWH

Note 652051 - ST22- Error message: Lower limit higher than upper limit

Note 336746 - Mngr's Dsktp,RHX* rprt calls:Lower limit > upp.lim.

I have already looked into those notes. They don't seem to address the problem and hence the question in this forum.

Check this

Sent at 14:00:00 to 09:00:00

14 is greater than 9 ,hence the message put the time 24 hour format.
