LSO Portal Content Player error with WBT

We are trying to implement LSO 600 and receive the message below when trying to open a SCORM compliant course in the portal using the Portal Content Player.

We have restarted the app on the java server and still receive the message.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

D. Maupin

    Hi Donna,

Have you tried searching in OSS for a solution? My only other suggestion is to make sure all your configuration is correct (just double check). The error is in the standard SAP delivered code - it is probably relying on some configuration to be done which might not be.

I had a quick look in OSS and came across this [note 746917|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/746917] it mentions the error you are getting in item 21.

    I hope this helps you,

    Simon

      Dear Murali,

Hope things good at your end 😊

We are pointing our content to WEBDAV enabled compliant server IIS 7.0 as CMS, instead of KM Portal content. Authorization to that is working fine and we are successfully check-in to master repository. While releasing it. We are getting the below,

Could you please check and let us know, what could be reason and what should to be done to resolve it.

      Appreciate your kind response.

      Thanks and Regards

Ensure the test is successful using the link http://<hostname:port>/lms/mediator/config

You should find a check button at the above link, which should show success
