S/4 HANA Conversion Technical Conversion Queries

Hello SAP Community,

I am a newbie here and currently researching about S/4 HANA Conversion on technical side, I am currently researching ways to optimize the S/4 HANA technical conversion or DMO Uptime and Downtime, I have queries below that I hope someone can respond.

1. Is SOH DMO optimization will apply on S/4 HANA Conversion?
2. What is the normal or average runtime of S/4 HANA Conversion DMO/Technical conversion? ex. I have 1 TB DB with 40 CPU and 32 GB Memory source system
3. Is the Upgana XML information on duration includes dialog times or idle times?
4. What is the best way to optimize business downtime for S/4 HANA DMO?

Hi Jerome - much of this is covered in the free Open SAP Courses at https://open.sap.com/courses?topic=SAP+S%2F4HANA - since you are a newbie, I recommend taking the courses there as a start

You should start your investigations from note 2293733 relating to DO option of DMO for SAP S/4HANA Conversion , reading the additional notes as well
