With SAP Bobj 3.1 End of Priorty Support, does SAP offer paid extended support?

There will not be any further support from SAP itself - there's no option offered for extended paid support - it's reaching end-of-life. See this KBA and the blog from Tammy.

Some partners may offer support after this date, however those partners will not receive support from SAP either.
The one grey-area is with a subset of problems during upgrades - ex. trying to do a live-live content migration fails due to a network/firewall problem. We'd help to diagnose the network problem. Any problems exclusively on the 3.1 system would not be supported.
As time goes on though, expertise with 3.1 drops quickly, and the longer you stay on it, the more difficult it becomes to support if/when the above scenario occurs.

Hi Tammy,
Thanks for the information. I am just wondering if SAP does provide options to for individual customers to have extended paid support on BO 3.1 upon request. Do you happen to know ? Thanks. Best regards, Alan.
