No administrator found for the task

What does the above message mean and why am I getting it.

Its the first task in my workflow, and the task is setup with Agent assignment general. The taks is sitting in my inbox as its found me as the required usre, but when I click on the task I get the above error?

Hi,

Refresh the buffer using the tcode SWU_OBUF. If you still face the prob, go to SBWP--> settings > workflow settings>refresh organization environment.
