Creating Job

Hello

I need to create a Job for the transaction QA32. (Inspection Lot Selection). I need that the report can be execute and printed every day.

If someone has a manual or link where find a guide how to do this job, please give it to me.

I already did the job. I have some questions.

If there any possibility to print it every day and do it automatically?

Where I can see the results?

Hi irmaelenadiaz ,

The log is visible in Tr.SM37 .

Enter the date on which the job was executed to till date.

If you wish the spool also can be generated.You may contact Basis in this regard.

At first goto SE38 , Enter the program name . Execute it .

Enter the Selection parameters - Save it and create a Variant.

Now Goto SM36 - Transaction for Job Creation

Enter the Job Name starting with letter Z..Press Enter.

System asks u to enter the program name and the variant. - SAve it.

Come Back once again and click on start condition.

Click on Period Values - Daily - Save it and execute it SM37.

As a check you intially process it in immediate mode in test system.
