Can any give tell me what is performance tunning in SAP and What are the major steps involved in a Server Health checkup for SAP servers which has more than 2000 users.

If you search with "peformance tunning" term on sdn you will get many links.

Anyway check below links. It will help you.

Pradeep,

You may want to look at tcodes ST02, ST03N, DB02, ST04 and ST06. You may want to check dialog response time, top sqls, buffer quality etc.

As Juan suggested sap course will be good idea.
