Cannot scroll to the edge in Crystal Reports

Hi there,

We are using BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 SP 3.

Recently our users' machines have been upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. They reported an issue that they cannot scroll down to the bottom or to the left (to the edge). It seems strained. This issue was not found on Windows 7 and happens only on Windows 10.

The below is a sample - there are more records and columns but scrollbar shows it is the bottom and cannot scroll further. The arrow keys can be used as an alternative solution.

We are aware that the version of our Business Objects is very old and planning to upgrade to 4.2 SP 05.

Could anyone please confirm that all reports can be scrolled to the edge with Business Objects 4.2 SP 05?

Also, we are using Crystal Reports 2011 for development. It is not Crystal Reports for Visual Studio. Is there any way to write some codes for this scroll control?
