Hi Ravi,
Journal Entries for Elimination would be identified by posting level 20. In workbench, you can see the Journal entries which are arise when execute IUE with parameters like document type and posting level.
Where as come to Journal entries are stored in seperate info cube called "document" which you can see in data basis ---> data stream.
If any thing wrong on above explaination revert me the correct one.

In addition to Madhu's info, there is a function module in the BCS virtual infocube where the consolidation logic is applied to determine what elimination documents are relevant for reporting based on the cons group being reported as well as the period of divestiture for the cons units and trading partners of the elimination records.
