TREX Http Server Red Status

Dear All,

We have updated our TREX to Version: 7.00.42.00

Few days after update our TREX's Http Service stops(red status) randomly, this happens few couple of times a day which causes some of the files not indexed.

whenever this happens to bring the Http Service back up and running we have to restart our Windows Server IIS Admin Service.

So, please suggest the solution for this solution.

Can I ask what the resolution was? I've run into the same issue with TREX 7.0 on 32bit.

Dear Raghav,

My Windows Server 2003 is 32bit only so, i dont think thread provided will be helpful
