Print Preview for Form 12A is coming but the headings under the form are not coming in proper columns.

it is mainly because of Pritnter Settings..
i guess there is a note for this also....
chck with Basis or Abaper who can set this !!

Choose a different device type and check..you have to do some trial and error to get the correct setting
Are you using the standard Form?
Copy the standard Form in to customer range and modify the headings in Tcode - SE71.Pass this form name as the report layout while executing the program.

I am not getting COPY button in SE71 tcode.
SE71 ,Utilities ->Copy from Client.
Form name - Standard Form Name
Source client - 000
Target form - Z form Name
