Overhead rates for costing sheet

Dear Gurus,

Need your guidance on this.

Business goes ahead and calculates overhead rates at end of FY and uploads them using KK11 for next FY.

Business is looking to review and revise these overhead rates periodically in middle of FY and update them again using KK11.

Business needs these new overhead rates for planning purpose only to be saved as plan 1; thereby resulting in costs to be saved on plan version 1 . This should not impact calculation on any product cost of plan 0.

Preferably we would like to avoid creating a seperate costing sheet, a new valuation or a costing variant. We are open to enhancements if possible.

I noticed the overhead rates are saved using condition type, was wondering if we can somehow control tables/ access sequence to bring controlling version in picture and determine overhead rates based on versions.

Kindly advise.
