Right now outgoing iDocs go into error in trx SM58.

The error is this "IDOC_METADATA_UNAVAILABLE"

That is why I wanted to check the metadata in the iDoc Adapter monitor. The metadata is unavailable here.

So I wanted to manually pre-load the metadata.

However, I receive this error.

I'm not sure which logs the message is referring to since the Java-Logs are clean...

Hopefully someone can help.

Check The RFC destination mentioned in IDOC channel or your InboundRa in nwa try to restart the inboundRA.

and also check your nwa log you would be having an error like below :

Thank you for your help Manoj.

A restart of the inboundRA resource adapter did not work. Neither did a complete system restart.

See these screens for the properties of inboundRA en the iDoc Sender Channel.

Both look as should be expected to me... But maybe I'm missing something.

When you restart the system the entries in multirepository gets deleted so you can just restart your IDOC channel and the entry gets populated automatically and then try again to pre-load.

And also how about NWA logs you get more detailed error over there . we have recieved these error many times due to many reason like idoc segment/dat element is not released in ECC , RFC destination maintained in inboundRA is not working etc. So i would recommend you to check nwa logs you should be able to find.
