CRM5 Segment Builder and marketing attributes assistance please

Hi

I have a requirement to pull out of CRM all BPs who have a particular marketing attribute assigned to them. I am hoping to use segment builder to do this, however as the value of the marketing attribute is not a set value, it is a free text field that has data entered into it, I am finding it difficult to building the correct attribute list - tx CRMD_MKTDS. The ony filter options available are equal to or contains pattern. I essentially want to pull out all BPs who have this attribute assigned regardless of what the actual value of the attribute is.

Is there another way I can pull this information out? My next step is to write a query in SQ01, but I am also not sure of all the tables I need to get the linking of the marketing attributes to connect to give me the BP IDs of those who have been assigned it.

Any help would be gratefully received!

Hello Cara,

You can use * in the value field. pattern should be "contains" pattern. This option will search for BPs which have been assigned the attribute with values that contains the pattern entered.This is case insensitive.

Examples of patterns are : Test or Test or Test.
