Our scenario is an approval with completion WF for several purchasing documents, with approval with completion steps and approval steps. During the completion step, all fields in the document should be editable.
Here the problem is our process schema has 'Approval with Completion' steps after approval steps. As far I know, the standard does not allow this scenario; due to changes in approval process can be only performed before the approval levels.
As solution to this, a OSS note is provided by SAP to edit some fields within 'Approval' steps. The inconvenience is that this message has several restrictions regarding to the fields which can be changed and, in addition to this, I would need all fields in the document are editable.
Would be possible have this scenario?
