filter data

Good day!

if anybody knows how to transfer the obtained from CR dinamic filter data to functional module (FM) (ABAP)? I need to use filter data as input data in functional module.

I try to use FM to get minimal year in the report in filtered data. If I receive the minimal year by means of the formula "Minimal(ZVYEAR)" then I can not use summaries for groups.
